Every year the RCNA recognizes the efforts of member clubs and associations. An award is given for the best newsletter published by a local coin club and also for the best newsletter published by a regional or national association. To participate to the selection, clubs must send samples of their newsletter to the RCNA Club Services Chairman. A committee of at least three (3) persons reviews all the entries received and select a winner in each category. The following criteria are used to determine the winner:
Winners are announced at the Club Delegates Meeting held during the Annual Convention and at the closing banquet. To be eligible, clubs must submit their newsletters for the previous calendar year to:
